As a Neighbourhood Craft Vendor you agree to the following:

General Guidelines

Vendors are asked to:

• Avoid encroaching on neighbours spaces (displays, products, etc.)

• Avoid branding or displays which may be considered overly assertive or disruptive

• Be patient, positive and respectful during load-in / load-out

• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations

• Offer kindness and support for neighbours and their work

  The following are not permitted at the event:

• Costumes, mascots, raffles or other "gimmicks"

• Individual speakers, music or audio

• Alcohol or cannabis sales

  Racial slurs, discriminatory messages or divisive language will not be tolerated.

  
  
  Vendor Terms

Payment:

Vendor fees are payable upon acceptance by email transfer to neighbourhoodsociety@gmail.com. 

Photography:

Vendors agree to the use of images on Neighbourhood Society and Neighbourhood Craft website and social media accounts for the purpose of brand and event awareness.

Communication:

Vendors agree to receive communication from Neighbourhood Craft.

Cancellation: 

Neighbourhood Craft is an outdoor all-weather event, though we do reserve the right to cancel should unforeseen circumstances arise that are outside of our control. In the event this occurs vendor refunds will not be issued. Vendors may receive a refund or credit towards a future event with advance cancellation notice. Any vendor who does not occupy their space by 11 a.m. on market day will forfeit their space without refund or credit. 

Liability: 

Neighbourhood Society is not responsible for the prevention of injury or death, or for damage or loss of vendor property due to theft or otherwise. Vendors hold Neighbourhood Society harmless against all losses and damages related directly or indirectly to Neighbourhood Craft.
